One of our favorite things to do during our stay at the cabin during the warmer months is to go visit the Big Bog State Recreation Area visitor center in Waskish, MN.  The fire tower is the children’s favorite.  We try to snap a family picture each time we get to the top!  The view of Upper Red Lake at the top of the tower is always a treat.  There is a visitor center which has fun activities for the children to look at!  It’s a beautiful building!
